If there is a fault with a product we offer a very helpful and hassle-free returns policy and we will replace your item. We do ask for the item back first before we can replace it so we can check it over and see if it can be repaired. Buyer pays for returns postage. 

You can return a product for exchange or refund up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.  If requesting an exchange, the item will be exchanged for the same colour and size.  Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in. Buyer pays for returns postage.

Once the returned item has been received and checked over then we will approve or reject the exchange/refund.

If 30 days have passed since you purchased the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

We currently only ship items in the UK.  We aim to get orders out within  5 working days depending on stock levels.
