About the event
ERC Community Run - Every other Sunday from 14 Jan 2024 - 9:30am-12pm
We will meet at The Wellness Centre, First Floor, Whitgift Centre, Unit 1040/42, Croydon, CR0 1LP (opposite Waterstones), where we will run through the route with you, prepare you to run with an ERC warm up session lead by one of our run leaders, before heading out for a 30-40 minute leisurely paced 5k run around Croydon.
All levels welcome - the aim is to get you used to running a regular 5k.
