ERC is joining Tracksmith for this weeks leg run ( 12 miles) in central London. Come and join us as we Run Free.

About the event
For this week's Sunday long run, we will start off running through Hyde Park, taking in Chelsea & Battersea Park on route. This 12-mile route offers many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs. Before the run, we will have Workshop coffee available as well as bananas and water. Post-run, stick around for some complimentary coffee and pastries post run.
Meet up from 9:30am, then we'll kick off our route overview at 10:00am. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. There will also be a bag drop available.
