About the event
Come run with ERC as we run the lap of the Tamworth course. The course will be 5 miles (8km) and will give you an insight to what the Tamworth 10 event will be like. We will be taking our time which means there will be running and walking.
No one will be left behind and we will have a nice cuppa at the Tea Hut Epsom Downs once we finish.
Recommended that you wear suitable footwear, preferably trail shoes. A light running jacket or layered clothing that allows your body to breathe.
Please bring additional clothing in case your clothing it’s get wet or muddy.
