A 5K walk and talk session for those who love to walk….and talk! The walking sessions will take in the greener spaces and parks in Croydon and encourage people to get to know each other a bit whilst taking part in movement!

About the event
ERC Walk and Talk
(Every Friday from 12 Jan 2024 -12pm & 1pm)
We will be meeting at The Wellness Centre, First Floor, Whitgift Centre, Unit 1040/42, Croydon, CR0 1LP (opposite Waterstones), and then head out for a 40-45 minute walk and talk session - we will be starting the sessions at a gentle pace, building up each week to a fairly brisk 5km walk around Croydon. The aim of the sessions is to get you moving, give you the opportunity to meet and talk to new people whilst exploring your local area!
Please note there is no bag drop, so come ready to walk in leisure wear and trainers please.
